All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at roxxglow.luxe@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the damage is verified, ROXX GLOW LLC will, at its discretion, issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.
If the product is determined not to be damaged, no replacement or refund will be issued.
Damage includes:
• Cracks
• Discoloration upon arrival
• Malfunction of wand or tube
Damage does not include:
• Air spaces inside the tube caused by product displacement when the wand is removed
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
